    Yea but Charr held 4 belts at the same time:

    * WBC CIS & Slovac Boxing Bureau (CISBB) heavyweight title
    * WBC International Silver heavyweight title
    * WBC Baltic heavyweight title
    * WBC Mediterranean heavyweight title

    That's four (!) belts. What does bodybuilder Dillian Whyte have to show for?

    Those four belts aren't as prestigious as the British heavyweight title.

    Also if we're going by most paper titles we should include Joseph Parker. When Parker faced Kali Meehan he retained the OPBF, PABA, WBO Africa, and WBO Oriental heavyweight titles; Won vacant WBC–EPBC and WBA Oceania heavyweight titles. @madballster

    Excellent point. That makes Charr and Parker the most credible contenders at the moment.

    Don't forget, Charr having last fought in 2017, also holds the prestigious WBO Most Inactive Heavyweight Champion belt.
