The only people Rocky Marciano was/is knocking out are 180 pound fighters who were pushing 50. Dempey was a club fighter who was only a 180 pounds. Shavers was a one arm puncher who best wins were against a washed up Norton and a inexperienced Jimmy Young. George Foreman didn't have great technique but I believe his single shot punches were harder than Shavers.
If they all punched me at once from equal distances apart my head would explode. The only question to ask is would it explode uniformly? That'd be the best way to sort out who, in fact, punched me the hardest. Or in Shavers's case, you could ask me for a quote afterwards.
