Unless Mares is willing to go back to 122 which after PDL he's said he would only do for a fight with Rigondeaux, LSC is still a good few fights off. I don't want Mares to be facing him in his first fight at 126. It was still a really good win with Moreno because of his P4P status, proven pedigree and skill that had plenty of people picking him to win. Santa Cruz still has work to do. Russell needs to beat someone in the top ten before that fight as well, preferably.
