Margarito still says he didn't know but he acknowledges that the pads would of hurt Mosley.

That's a change from his story of where they were harmless.

Actually, he hasn't been denied yet that I know of. Texas never took the matter up after it appeared the national commission was going to be watching and Nevada refused to make a decision. ****ing ****s. Not sure what legal justification they had for not doing their job. I think if he had been denied he would have another wait period. No?
