Serve his one year ban, let him fight. He never used it in the ring, and there's zero proof that he used them before. People always watch the handwrap process, and nobody else has objected to the way it was done. ..and again I state it wouldn't make a huge difference considering what was going to be put in the gloves, the outcome of that fight would not have changed, and I don't believe for a moment that it would have made his punchers any harder.
It tells them that they'll receive a one year ban minimum which will make a big impact on their bank account.. Most fighters wouldn't take that risk... And after what's been going on on the forums regarding this issue.. I doubt any fighter would be dumb enough to cheat again..

I understand what everyone sayin about the lifetime ban..I'm not a huge fan of Tony though I think his style is fan friendly...I think 1-2 years should be good for a ban..but that means he can't fight in Mexico either! If he fights in Mexico than he should have to start his ban all over again and serve the full 1-2 years as he was ordered to do so!

Honestly... I wish that someone from Margo's team or even himself would come out with the truth and answers of so many questions. I am sure that any of those guys can use some $$$ by writting a book or something like that about this whole thing.
