I said, ‘Unwrap the other hand,’ and they were saying, ‘Oh, oh, the other hand is good.’ I asked the commissioner, ‘What if I unwrap the other hand at the end of the fight and it falls out of there, too?' "

Dean Lohuis, the co-interim executive director of the California State Athletic Commission, said that both pieces of the plaster-like material were slipped in underneath the legal tape that was already placed on Margarito’s hands by his trainer Javier Capetillo. Here's a quote from Lohuis;

“[Richardson] made them unwrap it. And when they unwrapped the other hand, another one fell out. It was wet with a little plaster on it.”

Here's what Margo's manager said about the incident;

"We did not do anything illegal. What happened was that Capetillo prepared the gauzes that are used, two weeks before [the fight] and had them in a lump with cloth that apparently was humid and therefore hardened,”

You can come to your own conclusions, but everyone agrees that there was a hardened, wet substance in Margo's wraps.

You are probably being sarcastic, but Spady was a very good boxer and champ at 135. I truly believe he would have been a very good, long reigning champ at 140. It would have been a good scrap between him and PBF. If your not being sarcastic, look him up. He was very good. If Mosley was on something it will come out, he didn't look like it though, he kept the fight at his pace, he didn't do anything super special, he did what all of us non margo fans were saying, he beat a not so skilled fighter, he moved, he roughed Margo up in the clinch and Shane did something that I called for in the Mayweather - Margo fight if it were to happen, and that was to make Margo overextend on his punches. Countless times Shane did this and countered him.

 

I have never tried to deny Mosley's use of banned substances. It's not even possible to, really. He has admitted it himself, although apparent unbeknownst to him.

What I am interested in, is what Margarito has done. Margarito is a known cheater, and that has zero to do with Mosley.
