The California district attorney's office originallyl said they would charge Margarito criminally.....what the hell happened?

I'll tell you what must have happened......they took a look at the hard facts and decided there was'nt enough there to merit prosecuting either Margarito or his trainer Capetillo.


These bafoons from the CSAC and the district attorney's office were claiming plaster.......but to a jury they'd have to pass around that piece of evidence they still have.....and from many accounts including Shane Mosley himself......he claimed it did'nt feel hard at all.

They cant claim plaster and just deliver to a jury a piece thats feels like regular handwrapping cloth....

I heard another description that it was a little stiff but very bendable.

My take is that if there was plaster that which the lab results showed........there was'nt enough there to turn the pad hard.

 

Margarito will beat Cotto again...

 

It doesn't matter if he becomes the very best ! He attemped to cheat and got caught doing so. Nobody like a cheater...so with that being said he still gets "NO" luv from me.
