This guy Margarito really has no defense. He just used his face and chin to block his opponent's punches. That was he always did.
yup...how much punishment can margarito take, while still putting pressure on a smaller pacquiao? and, is margarito's pressure enough to diminish pacquiaos skills in the later rounds and change the playing field? nobody can truly answer these questions until fight night. cant wait.

This will be a very tough fight. Margarito did not train for the Mosley fight, but he has trained for his fight with Pac harder than for any fight of his entire career! This is a dangerous fight for Pac, but I think Pac will manage to win.
margarito has a chance, you cant even doubt that...but manny pacquiao is a truly special fighter, and special fighters like him usually rise to the challenge, especially when they're in or near their prime.
man, this fight is much more intriguing than i initially thought. nothing would surprise me. is margarito's chin the same? can pac handle the power and size? i wonder who will be backing who up. whoever backs up will probably lose. cant wait.
Shane Mosley backed up Margarito. I've got no reason to think Pacquiao won't as well. Lets not forget what he did to DLH and remember, chin is the last thing to go. DLH was always iron-chinned. Punches you see can hurt you. Punches you don't see will hurt hours after you wake up.
If the fight is competitive and Floyd still prefer fighting women, I would expect a trilogy regardless of who wins this one.
Margarito is going to get spanked. He's fighting a guy with advantages in every required category to go along with his natural size disadvantage. Pacquiao is a high performance machine with a brilliant trainer. Pacquiao will clinch Margarito if he has to and he's durable, utterly fearless and mentally unbreakable even when he's overmatched. Forget about Margarito being shot.
with all the hullabaloo in pac's camp and with margo looking all focus and out to redeem his name, this is a very big possiblity.
