He lost every round including the last one in which Cotto landed more body combos while pushing Margarita around the ring.

And they say Margarita was coming on...it was going to be more of the same for the final two rounds if not worse for Margarita!!!

Margo's eye was badly damaged in the fight. I don't believe he threw it. He was getting it whacked by Cotto plus PAC already damaged it. Even then he was starting to get to Cotto then they stop the fight.

Margarito really could take a beating. Cotto didnt have the power to put him down, and Margarito kept coming and coming, but Cotto was tagging him up pretty bad.

 

Pac had loaded gloves with illegal plaster of paris inserts when he fought Margarito.

Remember the pre-fight fiasco, where Robert Garcia wanted Pac to have he hands re-wrapped because he saw his team place inserts, and the Texas commission said no, which is why Margarito drank that powdered liquid to counter mind games on Roach.

Oscar, Arum, Shaeffer were all prepping Cotto to fight Floyd next, and they needed Cotto to get a "win" over Margarito to set up Floyd vs Cotto.

Margarito had unloaded gloves first time too If anyone was suspect here it was Steve Smoger who let Cotto get away with lacing Margarito's eye several times but decided not to see it. Then you have that crooked bald headed doctor who stated Margarito was blind in one eye since the second round but only decided to stop the fight after he saw Tony beating his chest to Cotto & Cotto slinking away to his corner. The doc could see Cotto was getting ready to quit AGAIN!!!!! I hope Sergio kicks Cotto's ***** ass GOOD!!!!!!
