I'd go with Williams. Margo who is a middleweight in reality, struggles with fighters of his own size, he is only good against smaller opposition like Cotto, or generally weak opposition like Cintron. Watch the Clottey fight, I scored it a draw, and Clottey had a heart hand but was still able to land hard effective blows on Margarito most of the fight.
