Margarito vs Winky @ 154

When was the last time he fhad a fight, 2007?
Dude is old and need's to get out the game.

 

doesnt matter when he fought last or his age, he's not shot and he's in great condition to fight. also, at any weight class he fights at, he's one of the top fighters in that class. so im not getting what you're trying to say.

 

He's boring as ****.

 

He's boring to YOU. Not to me. Doesnt matter how entertaining or boring he is, what matters is what he does in the ring and if he's winning.

 

I'm gonna disagree with everyone here. I think Margarito can win this fight. Winky from 3-4 years ago would destroy him.. but Winky now? First of all, Winky has no legs anymore, and as Margarito always comes forward, he will fight Winky toe to toe on the inside. If you don't think Winky will do this... well what was he trying to do to Taylor and Hopkins? Get them on the ropes and throw all of his punches then. Winky has a good chin and he isn't afraid to mix it up.. but if he gets into this type of fight... Margarito has more power than him, and a chin just as good or better.

If Winky can fight like he used to, with that great jab, great straight left, great defense, and a little bit more stamina than he has now.. I saw he wins easily. But he HASN'T been fighting like that lately? Hell, his last fight was at 170 and he looked like he was in bad shape.. real soft. What makes anyone think he can still get down to 154 and not have it effect him negatively?
