    Cotto would definetly be more competitive this time around, but Pacquiao still a step ahead IMO, and would end up winning a 116-112 type decision, doing the most damage at the later rounds.

    I forgot about Cotto asking for that weight which with the game plan he implemented would have work either way. Money talks, but this time around, Cotto has to go for the win and avenge that beating. It is going to happen because Chavez is going to fight Rubio if Rubio beats his next opponent. So that leaves Pac available "if" Pac don't fight PBF to fight Cotto.

    You really think it's going down, Hmmm... Well what if Rubio doesn't pull out the win, nah I'm sure Rubio will win.

    Looking back at the way they forced Cotto to put up his welterweight strap at the catchweight of 145. I'm sure they'll employ the same tactic and force a catchweight no higher than 150

    I still think Cotto at 150 vs Pac can be an interesting fight to be honest. I would favor Manny, but I'm not that quick to dismiss Cotto.
