Hoping it doesn't go to his head. Plaisakda's record in Boxrec is up **** creek. His DOB had changed a few times since 2004, when he fought Sam Soliman as Sakda Sorpakdee

Somewhere along the line record(s) were merged. When he fought Soliman, according to then NSW Authority his DOB was 16/5/1983 & not 15/3/1972 as is now.

Its like alot of these dodgy African imports.
No one really knows their age most of the time & half of them fail medicals.

Mark's opponent failed his blood test. Not much can be done at the last minute. The comission here is mostly new. They are really stamping down on mismatches and wont except late replacements within 24-48 hours of show.

It was shiner....literally and hour after he landed in Perth after making the journey with 2 stopovers from Ghana. He looked travel wrecked at the weigh in.

Serology (Hep B) is the usual problem. Can't recall any import in the past 12+ years with Hep C nor HIV/Aids

He is talking about the Thai fighter Kegsy, the African was 34, born 1976, that's a fact, written on his passport.

To quell rumors I can can confirm as fact it was not HIV or Hep C.

At times I wonder if Hep B should be ditched as was eventually Hep A , which was a case of bad food poisoning , which in turn can cause Hep B if untreated.
Hep B can then be present one day & gone the next, and might be present again in future. If untreated, it might progress to Hep C
