Top man is Arnie, the gym is an open house too, so he's more than welcome to see how useless he is on the pads and what an arrogant knobhead he is as well

Guessin this means hes now with ******? Have to say Im a bit disapointed as Ive seen Mark live and become a fan of his. Ive never felt strongly enough to post on anything involving Arnie before because it didnt bother me. Worried bout this though as all Ive ever seen from Farnell fighters is very one dimensional, no plan B. And its not like their novices, some good fighters that have no direction it seems. I know people take the **** out of Lirva and that but to be fair he has a point. Cant see anything bout this move that makes me think its good for Heffron. Gallagher is a far more accomplished trainer.
