If there’s anything about Magsayo that we’ve learned about him from his last 3 fights it’s that he’s anything BUT Magnifico. Once again he’s showed how he can look good in the first couple rounds before blowing it in the last half of the fight. His poor ring IQ and sh1t stamina is what brings him down. Curious to see where he goes from here.

He is exciting with his style but lacks ring IQ and plan Bs. And yes, his stamina is poor.

It´s his speed. He´s fast and can hurt fighter badly because of it.
But I think his stamina is underrated. He fights in explosive bursts and is able to maintain it to some degree.
Decent fighter but he is more athlete than boxer. And he will start slowing down in the coming years, meaning lesser fighters will be able to beat him.

Most of these MP boxers are nothing special. Always felt Casimero is the real one. Ancajas, Sultan and umm Marcial. They're just pwet! Magsayo hugging performance was atrocious the worse I have seen. He was clinging on so he doesn't get KTFO. Void holds but he makes it look good. Magsayo looks like he was going to collapse. Gibbons another L aye?

Why is it any different from the rest of the list? Pac was injured.

I like watching him fight. He's clearly not as good as Figueroa but Figueroa is very good, so there's no real shame in that. The division needs bodies and he is one. I think he will be in more good fights myself.

I am in the Farhood camp. I had Magsayo up until the point deductions. To me, it was Figueroa that made it sloppy. He’s like John Ruiz….he can get there, but is a sloppy clubber when he arrives. Deductions were questionable. Magsayo definitely faded, but through eight rounds his sharper shots impressed me more.

Mayweather and Davis won. Russel would've easily beaten Magsayo with a healthy shoulder. Lomachenko at least won late the late rounds against Teo.

Pacquiao was getting 8-4'd or 9-3''d by Mayweather no matter what and had multiple TUEs that included lidocaine, Toradol, and Celestone. He also used both arms throughout the fight, which doesn't align with a serious rotator cuff injury, and raised both arms after the fight, which is physically impossible with a serious rotator cuff injury.

Most TUEs are not public, but any reasonable person would realize injured fighters nearly always (if not always) have some medication to help them through the fight. My point being that medications do limit the difficulties an injury causes to arise, but it does not totally remove the effects of the injury. Therefore I would say bringing up the TUE's is a rather lazy point. I'm not suggesting that Pacquiao had an extremely severe injury, but he obviously was injured. In fact, your evidence proves he was injured. If he wasn't, why would he need TUEs? And how can you seriously say that a fight would go the exact same way whether a fighter has injuries or not? That's ridiculous.

Professional fighters fight with injuries all of time. PEDs can make those injuries negligible during a fight.

It's totally reasonable to think the other guys mentioned wouldve won or looked better in winning efforts without injuries. No same person still thinks Pac wouldve beaten Mayweather. That's the difference.

But you think even if he was totally uninjured, the fight would have gone the exact same way? I actually agree with you, Mayweather would have won either way. No doubt in my mind. But the exact same way? You don't think Pac was injured in a meaningful way at all?

He lost bc Mayweather adjusted mid fight. Typical Maywearher fight. The injury wasn't meaningful and I guarantee you that Floyd also had injuries.
