He knew that he SHOULD have been ahead on the score, if the judges were fair, but he apparently forgot that the judges would most probably rob him His trainer perhaps thought that Marquez was winning convincingly enough that the judges wouldnt dare to rob him, he didnt got floored this time after all. He thought it wasn't necessary for JMM to take more risks Now we know it was a dumb move
I didn't actually think JMM fought any differently in the championship rounds. He was patient and waited for openings through the entire contest. Pacquiao was made to look a bit silly on occasion, truth be told.
