I need to watch it again because I thought Marquez was sure to get the decision there. So did the Primetime commentators, including Khan by the sounds of things

It's possible the fact that we are so used to seeing Manny win with ease and being shocked at seeing a close fight may have affected scoring, but that seems like reaching to me. My impression was Marquez won the fight and maybe Pac's best days are behind him

I just watched the fight. I scored it 7-5 for Marquez. Possibly a 8-4 for Marquez. Marquez messed up big time when he backed off late in the fight. Other than that, Marquez fought a great fight. I felt Marquez deserved the decision.
