Wow JMM is amateurish against Floyd.

Floyd couldn't even KO the little warrior.

well Mayweather likes to compete and likes to win, not sure if he truly likes to fight though. He was born into boxing, he didnt pursue it without influence, he was bred to do it. One thing is for sure though, he is good at it. Sharmba Mitchell used to say that he didnt like boxing, he just did it cause he was good at it and it made him money. I think its like every job, you have days you like it and days you dont.

All because of that 2 pounds Floyd was over.

Marquez was the aggressor and clearly tried to throw combinations and meaningful punches. He was too slow and stylistically disadvantaged against an opponent too big and good.

LOL You call that beating? Mayweather outboxed Marquez well. That's all. The only "beating down" Mayweather has done lately was against his baby momma.

    :patsch

Uh, no, but it was laughable that Mayweather was over the two pounds. It was Marquez's first fight at that weight and he's going to fight Mayweather??? Hell, he didn't even fight at 140lb before that. Marquez never established himself at that weight. He didn't let his body adjust to it with a couple of fights.

All in all Marquez had nothing to lose except another tally in the loss column and all the more to gain with the money... :hi::smoke

I was being sarcastic but who's fault was all those things?

Mosley came up from 135 to 147.

    Roberto Duran did it.

:patsch I apologize... then... It's nobody's fault... I guess. I don't blame Marquez for taking the fight. The loss wasn't going to hurt him and I don't blame him for wanting to put money in his pocket for the future.

It just makes laugh that there was a "true Mayweather fan" on the forum two days ago declaring the Pretty One was the hardest working athlete alive and he came in over two pounds from the ARGEED weight... LOL!!! :yep

Last I checked, this was called boxing. If Marquez wants to get into a slug match, he's welcome to try his hand at MMA. It might workout okay for awhile. At least until they make his ass tap like James Toney(what an embarrassment).

I hope JMM doesn't decide to use his slug fest tactics against Manny. It obviously served him so well in the first 2 fights.

He could have but he really didn't have too.. Marquez was completely outclassed and the fight was in the bag.
