I don't get it; Marquez is willing to accept unfair weight impositions and override his promoter in order to get a fight against a man who has been badly hurting welterweights at 37 years of age, while Pacquiao sits back and lets Arum line his pockets at our expense......and yet Pacquiao is the one who gets defended tooth and nail while Marquez gets **** on.
another idiot poster adding fuel to the debate wether Pacquiao or Floyd fans are the worst in boxing history... *******s by a landslide
wow....someone is jealous...LMFAO...THE MAJORITY OF FANS AND MEDIA GOT PAC BEATING MARQUEZ :rofl:rofl:rofl U ALL BUTT HURT N SH!T LMFAO:rofl:rofl Man by no means did he "survive" Kastidis....u act like Jmm look good in all his fights.. dont get all hurt newbie... lets see your boi take the fight..sh!t if i were pac id do it at 44...my personal opinon is to do it at 40 but at 44 pac could prove a point if u know what i mean.. but yea man that post was garbage n filled with hate and little to no "fact"..get a new argument:deal
and by your theory...I can just as easy come back and say in relation to pac-mayweather....."OH WELL PAC BLEW IT WHEN HE COULDA HAD THE MARCH 13TH DATE BUT DIDN'T WANT IT AS THEY WOULD NEED MORE TIME TO PREPARE AS ROACH PUT IT".. This is a weak argument with very little to back it..
He has paid his dues. It's about time that he thinks for himself and his family. Btw, all boxers fights for the money, and not for fans. That's the reality of it.
That only shows how desperate this Marquez is. He has no self-esteem that he keeps on begging Pac to fight him. Why not try a different tack? If he only he knows what pride is, he could have earned Pac's respect, and perhaps agreed to fight him.
But between Mosley and Marquez, Mosley can attract more casual fans to watch in America. Sorry, but Marquez should changed his nationality and learn to speak better English.
Did Floyd really call out Pac for fight? When was that? Link please. Roach was probably trying to be practical or cautious about his fighter's safety. It could be too early for him to fight.
Am I the only one underwhelmed by Marquez' victory over Katsidis??? I mean Katsidis isnt exactly a legend in the making. Hes a face first slugger with a decent left hook and absolutely no right hand. Hes been beaten by an old casa, an old Marquez, and most revealing Diaz. In addition to this Katsidis cuts, and swells, and cant box for **** (he was outboxed, OUTBOXED by Diaz of all people). Does anyone think Katsidis would last three rounds with Pac? Does anyone think that if Pac hit Marquez like Katsidis did that Marquez would get up? Or if he did that Pac wouldnt finish him? Or that if Pac could hit Marquez as much as Katsidis (Which he surely could) that he wouldnt do more damage? I understand people thinking Marquez might have something on Pac based on the competetiveness of their two fights. But their last fight happened almost three years ago when Marquez was much more mobile and more difficult to hit, and at a lower weight. While this fight might make financial sense for Marquez, as a Marquez fan who would like to keep seeing him fight good fights and win I dont want to see him move up 12 pounds and fight Pac. As a Pac fan I dont think it adds anything to Pacs legacy to smash Marquez at this stage and at the weight he is currently fighting at. If Marquez really wants that fight and wants to show that it isnt a total waste of time like his fight with Mayweather he needs to do two things: Actually beat a welterweight, and stop drinking his **** YUCK!
What amazes me about KATS is that he weighed in at 135 at wight day and rehydrates to 154???? Holy ****kk....
