I disagree on the 12 th round but otherwise it is a solid scorecard.

Great fight that could have gone either way.

If you're going to quote someone else's scorecard, at least have the common courtesy to do so correctly.

I scored it 9-3 for JMM!

.....from my recollection, rounds 3,4, and 10 for Pacquiao......

Most respected boxing scribes had Marquez winning, as did almost every poll in every boxing forum like this one.

Even the Pinoy scribes and the Pinoy commentators on the feed back to the Phillipines had JMM winning!:yep
Enough said on that issue!:deal

much the same as mine except for round 1. I think we all got carried away with that one punch by marquez. Also round 11 was very very close. 12 was marquez. pac was busier but jmm was ducking most of the straight left

Without that right hand that snapped Pac's head back, I'd have usually scored an opening feelout round like that even, but once Pac's head snapped back like that with that flush shot, there's really no choice but to give that round to JMM.

Had the tables been reversed and it was Pac who landed that right hand instead of JMM in a feelout round like that, I'd have given the round to Pac, and so would have every Pac fan on this forum who as it stands now, scored the round for Pac anyway.

No question about it, every official judge I know scored it for Pac:-( ......not suprisingly as Pac happens to be the bigger name.

Oh, I'm sorry, I'm not giving the judges the benefit of their professionalism when it comes to their scoring. We all know their history of truthfullness and honesty!

Here you go again with that Judges favor Pac crap. That's a completely unfounded and BASELESS accusation. Round 1 WAS a round for Pac BECAUSE he landed MORE shots than JMM. Why don't you actually watch that round again. In fact I'll do you one better. I'll post that round here and see if you really think JMM had that round:

Round 1:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geP_XcGJ-bs&feature=related

7:41 - Pac throws a 1-2 combo and connects on Marquez, JMM tries to answer back with his own combo but misses.
7.54 - Pac scores with a straight left
8:58 - Pac hits Marquez with a right hook
9:00 - Marquez retaliates and hits Pac with a straight right
9:34 - Pac hits Marquez with a straight left, Marquez retaliates to no avail, then Pac scores again with a counter right hook.
9:37 - Marquez hits Pac with a body shot.

End of round.

:deal

I dont have to watch it on youtube, I have it on clear DVD.....
....and I'll insist that round one was a feelout round that should have been scored an even round without the right hand that landed telling and flush by JMM.

The fact that there was only one real telling shot in the round, tilts the round heavily in JMM's favor.....that just the end of it!

There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that had the roles been reversed in that round, with Pac doing what JMM did ,and vice versa, all three judges would have been in agreement for Pac in that round regardless.

Lets not lie to ourselves now, we all know that any round thats even semi-competitive in that fight is going to have the judges tilting it toward a Pac round.
Thats just the way boxing works, the name fighter in most instances has a much less burden of proof, and thats a fact my friends!

Fanboy much? Now we have the judges favoring Pac.. :patsch

Again. You have NO basis for this ridiculous accusation of yours. NONE AT ALL. Stop being a ****ing JMMtard and accept what actually happened. I showed you the video of that round PROVING that Pac landed MORE shots than JMM. JMM only landed ONE SHOT. It doesnt matter how significant that one shot is, Pac landed CLEAN shots of his own.

Everytime the situation doesn't go JMM's way, it always the judges fault. Its ALWAYS Pac being the favored one. Until you actually have CONCRETE proof of this absurd allegations of yours, your nothing but a JMM fanboy crying and whining because it didn't go the way you wanted it to.

The round is already here for you and everybody to see. If you think I am wrong then prove it. Either prove up or shut up. :deal

Chris John's victory was far more convincing than pac's victory over JMM... :yep

It was very clear that Marquez won against pac... it was a robbery. I pity JMM and his fans... he's always been a victim of these bull**** decisions. :|
