He would lose against most, Marquez is not better than Pacquiao, he just happens to have a style that is Pacs kryptonite. But like someone already said Pacquiao is athletically better than Marquez and moved up in weight better too.

JMM will also lose to Hatton. Did you see what Katsidiz did to JMM?

    Hatton>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Katsidiz

    Jmm is better H2H obviously
he may also be better overall.
the next 18 months will tell us a lot about both fighters.
will Manny go back for a Bradley rematch and win or will he go through the Top rank b/c fighter list they have?
JMM should retire, the KO on Pac is best left alone, why fight at all anymore.
Something shane Mosley should have done too, GOT TO KNOW WHEN TO QUIT.
Look at L Lewis, he quit on top(very smart)

Its very possible Marquez beats everyone on that list, but is unlikely to do it in the dominant fashion that Pacquiao did, simply because most on that list are slow guys troubled by speed, quickness, and most troublesome for all on that list was their inability to cope with Pacquiao being southpaw.

Slow fighters are troubled by speed and quickness even when its not coming from skilled fighters.

Marquez/Pacquiao reminds me alot of trying to determine who was better between Holyfield and Tyson.
The quicker, faster, power punching dynamo which were Tyson and Pacquiao almost always would beat lesser skilled slower fighters in a more dominant fashion, but would struggle more against fighters with a real high skill level.
......and in each case, Pacquiao and Tyson got dominated by the better all-around skill fighter which were Marquez and Holyfield.

Marquez and Holyfield simply better than Pacquiao and Tyson, but because of their physical gifts both Tyson and Pacquiao look more dominant vs B level opposition who would simply be clueless as to how to handle such combination of speed, quickness, and power.

Cotto's the only one on that list that I wouldn't immediately pick JMM in.

However, this thread isn't really possible to determine as JMM wasn't at the appropriate weights in the years that Pacquiao fought those guys.

If we take a prime WW JMM, from the night of KTFO6 or the night of the MD loss, than I favor him over all of them.

In the end this is the truth.

    Debatable decisions are, however, debatable...

so you also believe Bradley is 1-0 vs Pac?

but i digress....1 spectacular win trumps 3 controversial previous results
