 Never been knocked out...or even close to it AFAIK. Down just twice in 11 years/239 rounds pro experience.

    Martinez UD or late stoppage.

He is nothing? He just knocked the f*ck outta Kirkland.:-(

He is a feel good story in boxing. I hope he gets a titleshot at whoever he wants.

I wouldnt be so quick to rule out Vera pulling it out

Lee was pretty bad vs McKewan and Vera looked very determined and sharp beating Mora

Agreed. Not sure Lee can pull another KO out of his axe against Lee. Based on Lee's last fight I honestly don't see Vera/Lee II going any different than the first fight.

I'm one that just thought the whole fight looked bizarre somehow. Almost like Kirkland had a momentary 'kill' switch. Hit him, reset, hit him, reset...

Joke fight. I hope it's bull****.

Ishida needs a fight with someone like Angulo, Cintron or maybe even Rubio (if Ishida wants to stay at MW). He beats someone like that and maybe the fight starts to make sense.

****, Ishida normally fights at 154 so put him in there with Canelo and see what happens.

He could chase down that WBA belt he was robbed of (in Mexico against Saul's older brother Rigo) by challenging Austin Trout. Certainly that should be worthy of HBO considering as a BAD co-feature. :think
