Interesting matchup.Lomski could certainly bang,Johnson was a pretty good ,rounded champ, who could hit hard himself ,his % is very impressive.I dont know how easily Lomski handled south paws,but Johnson , like Lomski ,fought in an era of top notch 175 pounders.I am going for Johnson by late tko,but not with any great confidence. What made you pair these two up ,? Are you ethnically akin to Lomski?
at the moment i am reading the arcel book champ in the corner and it mentions lomski's fight with loughran for lightheavy tittle and how loughran was down twice in the first and was saved by the bell ,lomski lost a decision in the fight ,also hype igoe wrote of his great body attack and compared him to ketchell in approach . ethnically akin way back in my family there is jewish blood but i dont consider myself jewish
