Two chinny guys with awesome power...I am not sure who takes it but I know that it would be fun while it lasted.

two fighters past their best angling for another shot... i wouldnt mind seeing it tbh. make the winner fight dimitrenko or chambers as a stay-busy fight in the run up to the WBO fight with klitschko early next year.

brewster beats (and hopefully retires) maskaev, dimitrenko beats chambers, dimitrenko beats brewster- then at least it gives him some decent experience going into a klitschko title fight so he puts on an ok show

id also like to see it, as long as it isnt a title eliminator (there has clearly been worse eliminators though...) but brewster has a pretty good chin. brewster would KO him like sam peter did. even a shadow of the former lamon brewster would, maskaev is awful- he gives eastern europeans heavies a bad name, but a couple of good highlight clips

Obvious choice is Brewster by KO, on the other hand Brew couldn't KO Shufford and Etienne (both a bit chinny too). Maskaev has more wins vs. Rahman than Lewis and he went 11 rounds with prime Tua. So prime vs. prime it's maybe 60/40 Brewster, right now Brewster takes it.

Maskaev needs to retire while he has his health

Brewster would KO him. Maskaev is looking to cash out and has a bad back and elbow problems he is finished.

Exactly :yep I doubt Maskaev would want that fight. Oleg is probably a better overall boxer but Brewster hits hard & has a solid chin.

Brewster knocks glass-jawed Oleg out, probably before the 5th round.

yes. He has bad tendinitis and had some bone chips removed from his elbow but it did not get rid of the problem completely.

Maskaev is a very worn out fighter physically that is why he was looking to cash out against VitKlit.

That fight would have been a slaughter.

:think Interesting... thanks for letting me know about this. I had no idea about the elbow trouble.
