The problem we have is Khan doesn't want anything to do with Brook as he knows he will lose and career will be over. This fight needs to happen next if it is going to happen at all - Khan has already stipulated (one of his many demands) that it has to be a stadium fight so it has to be this summer as I can't see us waiting another 12-18 months as both boxers will be chasing World Titles. Eddie has said he has a date for Wembley in Sept for AJ Wilder so if that fight does not happen then is there a chance we could see Brook Khan there instead?
Regarding the build up I think there is still huge interest in this fight and the rivalry between fighters and fans is massive. With a big Matchroom build up I can see an event with at least 60k people.

It would sell out. Stadium fights draw mass ranks of casuals. You can’t tell me this Warrington Selby card is better than the “Boys are back in town”. That done less than 6k this stadium fight has drawn 20-25.

Would Bellew - Makabu have sold out the ECHO arena? I’m not so sure. 15-20k at goodison for that.

Brook - Khan is a massive fight. Loads of casuals would go, especially when the matchroom pr machine gets ramped up to level Wembley. A full 3 month build up, press conferences all over the country, controversy, a massive appeal to the Asian community.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they done 70k first day of sales.

Stick them on the same card. Do Brook v Sam Eggington and Khan v Frankie Gavin.

Gavin can't punch his way out of a paper bag so Khan's chin should remain unshattered. Brook is too classy for Eggington and he will light him up until the ref steps in. Both could take place at a weight between 154 and 147 being than Sam has just moved up and Frankie can never be arsed to make 147. Good payday/ chance for another couple of Brits and can do it in Manchester, London or Birmingham and would sell quite well.
