Matthew Saad Muhammad vs Michael Spinks

Why didn't it happen, and who would you have picked to come out on top of this dream match-up at Light Heavyweight?

 

He ran into Qawi twice, who pretty much ended his career as an elite LHW and yes, I would pick Michael Spinks to beat him as well.

 

Spinks would own him.

 

Saad is one of my top five favourite alltime fighters, but his ATG resiliance will not see him through here. Spinks KO 13.

I wouldn't say he's on a higher level. Their styles just don't mash well for Saad.

 

saad had some balls and then some.he was hard as nails but spinks is just too good.

 

prime for prime, Spinks. Around 82-83 when they would've fought, Spinks easier.

 

Styles be damned. Spinks was just plain better than Saad in every facet of the game. Name ONE thing Saad had over Spinks.

Depends on when they fought.If it was late '81-82, Spinks can stop Saad Muhammad late.But, like in 80, Spinks would pull out a nailbiter, like by SD, or MD, UD in the least scenario.
