    Sure, but that did not include holding a version of the title, or even an uncontroversial win over a contender ranked in the top ten by Ring Magazine on the day of the fight.

    Was he capable of more than he showed us?

    Yes in my humble opinion.

    However I doubt that he would have been a world beater in another era.
