    someone called Bear unskilled etc etc. that's funny the only thing you can call him (at times) was unmotivated but normally hell freezes over before Shavers beats a motivated, serious Bear. i think Bear is a bit underated troughout history and in my opinion Bear is a top 20 ATG and Ernie ain't

    Baer and Shavers had little to no skills at all......... Both dudes threw shots from all angles, whether on balance or not..... My guess is, the dude who lands first is the guy who wins........ BUT! I suppose I'll favor Baer myself........... It is too close to really tell........... Cheers..........

    Actually, I'd have popped a huge woody if Ernesto Shavers fought Mikey Weaver in around 1979 / '80 on regular TV.............. That would've been a war of the worlds for 5 or 6 rds............ Peace....
