Nope, this fight is going to be held in the biggest city in the USA which is New York City. This fight is too big for Las Vegas and only New York City can handle it. Fight starts 11pm ET in NYC.

I agree with him also. The only thing I question is what all of us do. Since Rigo only has 11 fights is he experienced enough to win, and do we know enough about his chin to know if he can take Donaire's punch. I think Donaire has to get him out early, and he will have a chance just because Rigo comes to fight, and when a guy comes to fight he opens himself up to counterpunches.

It's the most threatening fight Donaire can have using video evidence.

On paper, though, he is not. Max is wrong. Age, height, and any breakdown of experience favor Donaire. The only thing "on paper" which favors Rigo is his career long weight advantage over Donaire, who has only been at 122 for 15 or so months.

 

But he is, so it doesn't really matter much.

 

Until you read tale of the tape. The reality is Donaire is much bigger than most guys he fights. He is fighting guys 1-2 divisions above his opponents. Add that he is very skillful and athletic and you know what happens next.
