Floyd by TKO. He had a 74% KO ratio there and Pacquiao got hurt often at 130

yeah that was at 135, good try though. Floyd moved up for one fight after a long layoff to fight him

Pacquiao was also a beast at that weight... In fact he's wins over Morales Barrera and Marquez are wayyy better than any win Mayweather had at that weight!

Any Pac vs May fight from 130+ would have been great to watch. Good reasons to pick both fighters. Kinda silly to discount either really.

Both were faster more ferocious versions of themselves, but not as skilled as they are now. However now they are more skilled and bigger and stronger. They are both making weight much more comfortably. I'm sure if anything they hit harder now.

I don't think Manny had as great of an ****nal at 130 as he does now to trouble mayweather, if my memory serves correctly, he relied too much on the straight left and his right hand wasn't as much of a threat as it has been in recent years.

I'd go with Pacquiao taking him out in the middle rounds.

Floyd's best ring career was around that weight.
Pacquiao was still 'raw' at that time, with some flaws, but he was powerful at that weight.

Floyd. He's one of the best at 130 (2nd to arguello), and Pac is still green, skillwise, at that weight.
