THATS RIDICULOUS!!! My goodness, thats why it needed no promotion, it was promoted for 5 years. Man this is nuts. I was thinking 3.5 4mil but over 5 at $100 a POP!! WOWWW!!

To bad all the casuals didnt see a classic fight but hey, theres no way ppl can ever say boxing was and or is dead. stuip fools, boxing fans everywhere keep it coming and casuals still suck it up when needed too!

This record will last forever, no way it gets broken! :bbb:bbb

    5.5 buys!! Amazing!!!

Slightly more than 5.. who was the half-person?
    ;)

As for the record getting broken, it's hard to envisage, but you know what they say about records.

BTW, when these PPV figures are tallied, is it just the US figures or is it worldwide?

Too bad all they see,Floyd running and hugging. Many boxers was penalized in the past for these. But Floyd has his favorite ref on his pocket.

If you look at majority of the comment around the net, majority are mad at Floyd for his hugging and running and he was not penalized.

Shame it was a dud fight this will damage boxing in long run. Had they put on a classic show, boxing would be in a resurgence for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately Floyd is a poison pill for the mainstream. I see more jokes about the fight in social media than ppl talking about a good never mind great fight.
