    Well...Floyds counter claim was a non issue...it was a basic reaction that most take who aren't willing to settle.

    Floyd and his father....along with Roger had to make a public statement retractting their accusations as part of the out of court settlement....similar to what GBP had to do.

    Smart move.....took a little longer than expected but I think the jail time did Floyd some good. Let's hope they get the fight signed for in 2013.

    I heard that one of the stipulations is Mayweather has to make a generous donation to all internet cafes in the phillipines.

    What a ******. No, it means Mayweather "SETTLED" because if the case had gone to trial, they didn't want to risk it going to the JURY. The jury would have gave a **** load of money to Pacquiao.
