    Also, none of the bleeding is behind his knuckles, you'd expect blood to spread if it's as concentrated as it appears on his little finger.

    Though I agree. If it were blood there would be more concern about it and plus with that much blood you would probably see some on his fingers.

    His gloves are blue, guys. It's clearly blood. The reason he does not appear concerned is his hands are pumped so full of xylocaine that he doesn't notice.
