    This is actually INCREDIBLY false. Your fat tissue is thought of to be energy reserves for your body to operate. When you're THAT fat, it's the easiest thing to lose once the body gets used to a certain comsumption. Once all the fat or "extra storage" is gone, it goes after the muscles. Brian has plenty of reserve left. And he's also exercising with Cotto so muscle loss would be completely unfound in this BS statement.
