I dont know if it's hype. many boxing fans getting disappointed and losing patience. it loses more fans than it gains by dragging this hype long. it will somehow turn into wreckage.

Just shows you how Floyd handpicks his opponents. His family knows boxing. I think anybody that fights and really knows boxing and that stylistically Mayweather at his age would have a very very rough time with the Southpaw Manny who can match his speed. It would be less than a toss up for him to outbox him for 12 rounds without getting hurt.
They first said he was so good he is on Steroids and now his saying at this age why would i take the toughest fight and go out hurt when I avoided all danger brillantly my whole career. Floyd has to accept he was #1 but this guy is next level.

So Floyd waited until July to say that he is not fighting anymore when he could have said it right after the Mosley fight. He is really a good guy. The Floyd fans will agree with me here.

Of course, the **** was in the public eye and both parties tried to make the fight. Mayweather camp was even speaking to the media, they actively wanted the fight.

Now mayweather not interested fighting again this year, which is why there camp is so quiet.

You can deny it all you want but back in march mayweather was ready to go and pac pussied out.:hi:

**** you floyd for fighting JMM at a catchweight instead of calling out Pac immediately after the wonderland punch May 2, 2009.
