But in all fairness Hatton doesnt carry his power up to 147. so all those vicious body shots will be more like bee stings.

PBF is going to wipe the floor with Ricky. look i hate PBF mouth and secretly want hatton to win but my boxing brain knows better.

Ricky isnt good in these areas.

    Ricky cant jab
Ricky isnt a good Counter Puncher
Ricky cant cut the ring off very well so he will get worn out chasing PBF
Ricky at 147 loses all that power he has at 140

Yes Ricky has got th pressure thing going for him but you really think PBF is dumb enough to stand and trade with Hatton.

PBF will fight the same fight he did against Oscar but he will win easier against Hatton cause Ricky cant Jab like ODH can or cut of the ring.

PBF 117-110 easy fight to pick this one.

You do realise i have been on eastsideboxing for over 18mnths??

I havent asmuch posts as you guys but that is due to me being without the net for 4mnths.

As for your coment on me know the team nuthugger..You do realise that the term is used on several forums(rugby league, boxing etc).

Anyway your claims im another poster is wrong.Im the 21 year old bloke from the wild west of sydney who goes by the name of ozzie battler.

Not all of us are raving lunatics who use several names to get their points across.

    One name one battler..

Ozzie Ozzie Ozzie Oi Oi Oi

Sorry mate, I can't really see this happening. The fight is still a long way off, meaning Hatton will have plenty of time to get his body right for 12 hard rounds. I've never said he'll win, but I think he'll surprise a few with how good a fight he makes it.

i think well maybe he can win i in a secretive way i want him to. but PBF is a class above and Hatton has many weakness's unlike PBF.

i dont think he will carry his Power to 147 either which is going to hurt the only thing he had going for him.

Hey I know where you're coming from with the power thing. But the thing is that Hatton isn't so much of a one shot KO artist anyway, appart from bodyshots. His strength is his incredible workrate combined with very decent power.

Don't underestimate him at 147 lbs. Collazo is tough and Ricky doesn't seem to cope as well with southpaws. Eamonn Collins was proof of that. Food for thought anyway, what a top year for boxing...

Under the presumption that Hatton has not slipped since he beat Tszyu then if PBF schools Hatton it puts Tszyu rating in context I suppose.

I never forget how happy Tszyu was to polax Judah as I genuinely felt Tszyu believed that Judah was going to give him hell afer that first round, the hand speed difference was significant

    How do you mean??

Do you mean Kostya would have never had a chance against PBF??

I dont think that was prime Kostya in there against Hatton.

Hatton's training for this fight as if it was at 140 anyway, so he won't have to worry about whether or not he can carry his power up to 147.

We'll see Hatton in tiptop shape for this fight, he won't be cutting any corners in his preparation for this match.
