During the 2nd time around, Floyd is the one who could not be reached, claims that he is on vacation looking for his urge. It is Floyd who has not made a compromise to make the fight happen. Pac wanted no blood tests in the beginning. Floyd once offered 14 days cutoff. Now that Pac has said 7 days, who is the fighter that is nowhere to be found?
