He's lifted weights before. On an episode of 24/7 they showed him going to 24 hour fitness past midnight to lift weights.

Changing how you fight and how you behave physical from what you have been doing for 20 years is a disaster waiting to happen.

So what... He's training hard and trying to get stronger for the most important fight of his life. He's taking on a new approach, I hope pac is training just as hard and smart.

So Floyd is coming with the Real %100 and now he's scared ?? Lets hope your hero is NOT thinking the same way you are, or there could be a problem.

It appears to me, Mr Mayweather is coming to dig Mr Pac out, lets hope Mr Pac also brings his A game or he could face getting F'ed up on May 2

He knows that he will be forced to exchange in this one at some point and is making sure there is enough power there to get the better out of those exchanges. Being prepared is "scared" to you idiots now?, you do realize that the fight is on and you losers need to carry on the "fear" campaign one way or another.

This isnt the 50s, most top level boxers incorporate strength programs in their regime

i remember amir khan answering a fans question about if he lifts weights as part of his training and his reply was "yes, i do lots of weight lifting". havent seen anyone use weights in my gym, sometimes we grab like 1/2 kg dumbells and shadow with them but rarely used
