You missed the point there. Ain't nobody gonna pay to watch Floyd fight anyone else from another sport. He's earned it through his achievements in his own sport, his charisma etc.

It's a scam, do you really think mayweather would risk losing his legacy to a mma fighter, they probably can't believe people are falling for it.

I'm a boxing guy. Used to be my favorite sport and I still follow it when I can. I've tried to get into MMA but it's just not for me. The guys are well trained and the sport is marketed well but I just can't get into it. No disrespect though at all.

Is Mayweather's age a concern? Not many guys who make a career relying on speed & reflexes do well in their late 30's and early 40's. Plus, Mayweather isn't a big puncher although he's not bad. I'm not sure this has been mentioned but Teddy Atlas discussed how bad it would look for Floyd to lose. I've never been a fan if his but I admit being concerned about Floyd's inactivity and his age.

 

Paulie should have co-star next to his name for this production, no doubt.

 

McGregor being younger bigger and stronger might be of some concern to the Mayweather camp but McGregor will lose but he might survive and if he does that is a win for McGregor. Those are Floyd's words. It all depends on how things play out.
A UD for Mayweather = 49-1 is what is compelling to me.
