But let's face it, if you had the patience with that specific woman, do you expect all to share your ability to control yourself?. If the evidence was that damning, they wouldn't have offered him a misdemeanor and 90 days. If they felt extremely confident they could've made their case they would've proceeded on the felony and tried to send him to prison. Trust me, prosecutors don't offer deals like that out of compassion.
