    Yes. And whatever his symptoms he should have a clear diagnosis before being allowed the prohibited IV.
    Was it mild dehydration ?
    Was it severe dehydration ?
    Was it something else ?

    It's all very vague. USADA still have not clarified why he needed the IV drip.

    And then they want me to read a twenty five page article from a corporation that has already lied to my face from the start. Pathetic. I'm supposed to be fine with that. Both organizations just lied to me, the consumer.
