You're a ****ing idiot. This post also proves you only see what you want to in my posts. If you had read them in their entirety, you would see the point I am making. Answer this question, does every collision, every tackle, every punch, every knockout, every elbow, every forearm, everything look worse in slow motion? Does 99% of the above look deliberate in slow motion? Real time is split second stuff, split second reactions, accidents happen. If you knew anything about boxing and anything about how Mayweather uses the elbow/forearm, you would see it is not there to cause damage. Mayweather uses the elbow to create space, he uses it to annoy his opponents, he uses it to unsettle his opponents. The ref SHOULD clamp down on it as soon as possible, but he doesn't use it in a way to cause damage, he uses it subtly in REAL TIME (and again, it looks worse in slow motion). In terms of damage and illegality - Ortiz's Headbutt >>>>>>>>>>Mayweather's elbow. It's as simple as that. Back to the slow motion. If you need to watch a bout or an event in slow motion to pick up on things, you need to find yourself a different sport. Try studying it more to pick up on things in REAL TIME!
Are you that fuked in the head? This is amazing. You're so clouded by your love for Fukweather you're actually attempting to rationalize him smashing elbows off opponents faces as accidental or trying to create space. HAHAHA let's get this straight. So Mayweather clearly is shown busting opponents faces with his elbow and forearms on slomo, but because he's pretty slick and we can't catch it as well in real time, lets just write it off that he's just trying to create space or that it's not on purpose when it lands on most of his opponents faces? Simply amazing. :rofl
Let's see here.. You have a guy that beats his girlfriends, in front of their children.. Spits on his own father.. Screams at old men.. Sucker punches 3 of last 5 opponents.. Yea, he's not trying to bust his faces opponents open with his elbows and forearms.. he just uses them to create space. HAHAHAH OMG!
You ignored the question again. Again, if you read my post instead of getting caught up in the, "you must love said boxer" childish, bull****...you would see the point. You clearly won't change your opinion. One last question, lets see if answer this. What was worse, Ortiz's headbutt, or Mayweathers "damaging" elbows?
Outside the ring is irrelevant. Go find a proper definition of sucker punch. I would feel sorry for you if you are older than 14 years old. You post like a child :-(
Neither of them at that point threatened to stop the bout. Obviously if they kept happening it all depends on connection and DQ. But at the end of the day it was Floyd's dirty sucker punches that robbed the fans of a fight. The point of discussion is simple. Floyd fights with intentions of hurting opponents, one way or another. He's not a man that fights with honor. Ortiz was an idiot to headbutt, i've always said that, but lets not pretend Floyd was fighting with honor either.
Your an infant if you don't understand someone's character obviously dictates the type of fighter they are. Do you need further explanation? Or did you grasp it?
Hops isn't the discussion. He uses his head, sure. I've never seen him rob fans of a fight though by blatantly suckerpunching an opponent. I've never seen that except Butler's sucker punch after the bell.
I've never said Mayweather is the cleanest boxer ever, my argument is the slow motion which is a very, very valid point that you couldn't grasp. Did I want to see the bout end that way? No. The way it played out, Ortiz started it with the headbutt (the point deduction was not the first headbutt, that was clear to see) Ortiz took his mind off the job, Mayweather did take advantage (again, I wanted to see it go on) but they were legal punches, not sucker punches. Part due to Ortiz's naivety.
So, a boxers character outside of the ring dictates their actions inside the ring? I know plenty of boxers personally who are the nicest people you can meet, they wouldn't harm a fly outside the ring. But once inside the ring, they are like animals, they turn in to madmen. Your opinion is very naive and small-minded. Not worth debating with, at all.
You have the rationalization skills of a female for fuk sakes. Mayweather could shoot his next opponent with a gun and you'd argue it was ok.
