True he isn't really the pressure fighter the media have made him out to be. So, I don't have problems with the fact that he didn't throw shots for every second of every round, that was never going to be the case. What I do have a problem with is that, when he did decide to go for it (which rarely happened) I didn't see ANY commitment from him when throwing his punches. I was always taught you don't throw a punch if you don't want to land it. You gotta mean it, commit to the shot and throw it! The punches we saw that night was more what you expect to be thrown in a sparring session. Zero commitment. I still maintain that he could have done better.
It was only them 2 in the ring. Who else would deserve all the credit? He took the little kid to school.

All I'm saying is that even Rios, who has a more limited skill set, would have put up a better fight than Canelo. Maybe Canelo is just scared to get hit, but his performance was pathetic. If I was Mayweather, I would pay to have my fights fixed too.
Another reason I believe the fight was fixed is because of his refusal to fight Pacquiao. Let's face it, fans want the fight. Period. Mayweather can't pay Pacquaio to lose. He would be in a real fight. Mayweather would be favored, but win or lose, Pacquaio would touch him up. Mayweather does not like to fight considering his comments after the Cotto fight, where he considered retirement. Then all of a sudden, he has a six fight deal. Pay offs. By the way Pacquaio, doesn't want to fight anymore. I saw it in his eyes. If the Mayweather fight doesn't happen next, it won't happen at all.
