I'd pick Floyd at 140. Chavez was never as good at 140 as he was at 130-135, whereas 140 was Floyd's second best weight behind 130. 140 Floyd was arguably peak Floyd.
Hell of a fight. Chavez was better at going to the body than Castillo. Chavez was a better defensive fighter than Castillo. Chavez cut the ring off better than Castillo. Chavez has to stuff to beat him. I dont see how Mayweather has anything to beat Chavez. Pea has the straight left and the jab. Randall had the right straight. Taylor had that speed. Floyd doesnt have one attribute that would bother Chavez. He cant win a fight on his defense and def didn't have the power to bother Julio.
