Mayweather vs Cotto is a terrible mismatch.

flatty, what was your prediction of Ortiz vs Mayweather. I don't recall. I know you were pretty pissed that Ortiz pissed off a lot of people back in Kansas.

Well that's the only way to beat Cotto, apply heavy pressure and force him to move backwards just like what Margarito and Pacquioa did.. Mayweather will definitely win the fight outside, but Cotto will dominate the battle on the inside.. Even if Mayweather starts this fight by coming forward, eventually he will switch to his back foot, and run circles around Cotto..

Why would Floyd get on his back foot though? Cotto isn't fast so I believe Floyd will see most of the punches coming. Cotto is open for alot of straight punches and uppercuts. I think when Cotto keeps eating straight rights, he will retreat. Just my opinion. The only way I see Floyd fighting on the back foot is if Cotto hits to hard to stay in the pocket.

Cotto is not winning **** on the inside. As soon as Floyd get on the inside he is going to wear Cotto out. I guess Cotto is going to be the first fighter to break through that Philly Shell on Floyd on the inside.

I'm sure that he won't be able to avoid all the power punches.. One will eventually connect, two or three will follow and Floyd will feel it.. Once he's tasted the power of Cotto he'll adjust and stay away from it.. :hey

As soon as he gets on the inside, he'll realized its not his game and he'll switch plans.. Floyd's not the type to hit with fast and powerful compact punches so why would he go inside? :smoke
