Oh my ****. Perhaps you should look up the meaning of the word legitimately also.

Mate I will have disagree with you on Pac proving himself at 147. Anyone could of beat Oscar that night, I mean the man was severly weight-drained that night. We shall see how he does when a fully capable fighter at weight in Cotto fights him. Mind you I think Pac will stop him late.

You mean you believe yourself that you can legitimacy to a JMM's win? You should heed the advise of Dan. Look for the meaning of "legitimately".

I said he's proven himself capable, that doesn't mean I think he's the best there. He can operate in those weight classes though and I too think he could stop Cotto, maybe as early as the sixth.

Not totally pointless if indeed the winner of this fights the winner of Cotto /Pacquio ..

Really? Just like Pacquiao - De La Hoya was an useless fight as well? :patsch
Please, now would you care to tell us whose alias are you?

This is boxing, good boxing fans want good boxing matches.

You got arguably the best boxer today in Marquez showing his ball of steel and heart of a lion climbing up to fight the former p4p #1 Mayweather.

And the undercard is amazing. :good

Whatever the undercards are, the main event is a mismatch. I agree w/ the TS. It's definitely a useless fight.

Indeed. But that alias Malestrom was asking why I wasn't giving Cotto **** for fighting Pac. That was my riposte.

Well if weighing in at 142 and hydrating to 138ish is jumping 2 or 3 divisions then you certaintly have a point there.

Pac's last fight before dela Hoya was Diaz at lightweight (135). He had to jump two divisions higher to fight Oscar at 147. :deal

Didn't Pacman also lose at super feather to Morales and went life and death with Marquez at super feather?, isn't that the same thing people used to describe Pac going into the "pointless fight" with DLH which now proves to have made boxing a HUGE favor?

Don't like the fight?, don't buy it. Simple as that.

It's a great fight to watch for hard core boxing fans. I can't wait to see how JMM deals with one of the craftiest fighters ever.

I think if one guy has the innate ability and intelligence to adapt to PBF, it's Marquez ! It remains to be seen how successful he can be....
