He has the talent, controversy in the media, star power, and flashy flamboyant living to become a "Money".
Yeah he looks up to Floyd alot, he could be the next superstar of boxing, me his fans and GBP are hoping that happens, someone needs to fill Floyd's hole when he has retired. Lets see how his next 2 fights pan out, Khan could be 140 King just like his name. I have faith in the kid.
I agree that from a business perspective, everyone's a winner. A fight in the UK would be ridiculously huge. But speaking for Khan's sake career wise, I'd only be confident (even that would be minimal) if he's given the time to mature naturally into a WW. Otherwise Floyd would beat him as bad as he did Hatton. And nah, dude. Between 140-147, I don't give anyone a chance against Floyd, let alone Khan. Floyd's fundamental boxing skills are second to none, which like you say, allow him to age gracefully. Even a 35/36 year version of him, will beat everyone out there. The only way I can see Khan winning, is by fully utilizing his jab and having a higher work-rate.
It will be a KO but it will well before the 6th. It may take Floyd a round or two or even three to land big, but when he does it's goodnight. Floyd, too strong, too accurate, too good. And I hate the ****er.
Well firstly there's no way Khan would stand a chance, now or in the near future, unless of course Floyd was well passed it. However... I know the current intention is to fight Maidana followed by Bradley/Alexander... but the word doing the rounds is that if Mayweather and Pac fail to agree to terms for spring, Khan is the next option. So the Bradley/Alexander fight could end up being ditched as Floyd isn't going to move his schedule to suit Khan. Personally however I think Floyd and Pac will get made for March
Khans chin is improving but Mayweather hits a lot harder than people realise and I think he would stop Khan in the late rounds. Its far too soon for Khan to be thinking about a fight like this.
