My dad whos a long time boxing fan is kind of optimistic about the fight he also thinks this fight might be too much for Marquez but he thinks its cool Marquez is testing his limits before he retires. I think JMM has won the respect of most mexicans even the ones who disliked him when he was a pure boxer. Im surprised how much this fight is being advertised in the spanish radio stations and how every tv show is metioning the fight. This fight is not only for the hardcore, there is plenty of popularity for this fight

All the mexican fight fans are excited ! If u look at this fight on paper then your gonna bet on mayweather ! But marquez knows this is the hardest fight of his career. So u know he's not going out like a punk. Add all the hunger he's got and plus he's a mexican and floyd better be ready for a fight. Like zappata said " I'd rather die on my feet then live a lifetime on my knees" that same blood is pumping through marquez and he's going to show it on sat. U never know this is boxing folks. I hoping for the upset ! Viva mexico !

young grey: you dont know the tale of JMM??? LOL... he shouldnt even be fighting at 144 pounds.... But JMM is so F***** good I still say he loses by a close decision! JMM is 36 years old and hes moving up 2 weight classes after just 2 fights at light-weight!! JMM never clearly lost a fight, his best division was either feather or super feather-weight!!

Yes. How could you tell? :D

Honestly, even if I weren't Mexican I'd still favor Marquez over Mayweather. Ballsy, exciting fighters catch my attention much more than safety first boxers that can often times put you to sleep. :tired

There's a guy at work who was going to lay a few hundred on JMM......I told him, "dont do it, Marquez needs a KO, or at the very least thoroughly to dominate to win the fight.
If the fight is anywhere's competitive, Marquez will not get the decision because the media and the powers that be in boxing so much want to hype a mega showdown with Mayweather and Pacquiao......
......futhermore I told him, be careful with your money and understand the cirmcumstance in which you're laying your money down.......the same goes for Cotto vs Pacquiao, Cotto needs a KO to win it.....no way Cotto gets the decision unless he thoroughly dominates 8+ rounds of uncontested boxing.

Its always nice to lead a blind bettor to the light!:yep

Honestly at the end of the day I think people who watch a PBF v Whoever fight, aren't wanting to see Whoever win as much as they want to see PBF lose. Remember what Scarface said :

Scarface :What you lookin' at? You all a bunch of ****in' assholes. You know why? You don't have the guts to be what you wanna be? You need people like me. You need people like me so you can point your ****in' fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie. Me, I don't have that problem. Me, I always tell the truth. Even when I lie. So say good night to the bad guy! Come on. The last time you gonna see a bad guy like this again, let me tell you. Come on. Make way for the bad guy. There's a bad guy comin' through! Better get outta his way!
