I'd love to see it, 160 mite be a step too far for Floyd but would write it off. But Floyd wouldn't take this fight in a million years, no way, no how!

any poll with pac or floyd's name in it is hardly reliable these days

Floyd's biggest problem is this fight would be his lack of punching power. PBF is by no means feather fisted. From 147 down he has enough pop to command at least a modicum of respect from his opponents. Against Kelly Pavlik that would not be the case.

In this one we a pitting little Floyd against a guy who ate Miranda's best shots like a little kid eating chocolate kisses. An opponent who took flush shots from 180 pounds of Bernard Hopkins all night, and rarely took a step back. Floyd wouldn't be able to get even a smidgen of respect from Pavlik, and if you can't get Kelly's respect, you're ****ed. He will walk you back into a corner and unleash hell.

Mayweather's stock would of skyrocketed if he had called out Pavlik.

1st of all, Floyd is 5'8" tall. He would be at a HUGE size disadvantage against any of the current top 160s. That being said, he would box the socks off Kelly Pavlik.

fyi when I bumped this thread it was

    75 Pavlik
    70 Mayweather

I expect it to be 2 to 1 ratio for Mayweather in the next few days
