Elite fighter??? How the **** is a past prime fighter elite anymore? Was Winky Wright elite when he got his ass slapped around by Paul Williams? A prime Trinidad would break Paul Williams jaw and send him packing. Was Juan Manuel Marquez still elite when he got his ass beat by Floyd Mayweather? What happened to Roy Jones when he lost almost every round to Joe Calzaghe? WTF was up with Roy? hes elite he should ahve done something to get ou tof the way of a slapzaghe's pressure. C'mon man get outta here with that ****. There isn't a SINGLE example in Trinidad's prime days that tells you Floyd would put on a clinic and outpoint Tito to a wide UD. A hypothetical matchup out side of the realm of weight classes, sure I'd favor Floyd, he is a better boxer. But 147lb Floyd against a Prime Tito? Wide UD!?!?!?!?

Not so fast. Oscar was in his prime when he schooled Tito. Floyd would literally have to be running for 12 rounds because I really don't think he'd lay on the ropes doing the shoulder roll on a puncher like Tito. I also don't think he'd go toe to toe with Tito like he did with Chico. Tito would get caught clean I'm sure, but if Tito caught him just once, only once, he'd change the fight in his favor. It's a pickem for me, but I actually favor Tito. I think he'd have a mental edge over Floyd, but I don't think Floyd would ever take that fight especially in the first place.

the smart bet is Mayweather but it's not an easy fight at all. Tito winning by MD wouldn't suprise me. Floyd hasn't beaten anyone on his level at 147 and Tito had the size and style to fight from long distance

you're all delusional. Floyd barely got pass an old DLH how in the world is he going to keep a charging bigger and stronger puncher like trinidad off him. like trinidad is going to care about floyd's shoulder roll or his pitty-pat counters. Trinidad won't have a difficult time trapping floyd in the ropes and floyd is always in ropes lol. Trinidad would just hook him whenever and wherever, and within five rounds floyd would be running scared shitless for his damn life.
